Media designers design and realise digital communication media such as websites, social media graphics or online advertising, taking into account technical and design specifications.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Which school leaving qualification is expected?<\/strong><\/strong>A secondary school leaving certificate is recommended for the Media Designer apprenticeship.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What skills should I bring?<\/strong><\/strong>\u2022 Creativity\u2022 You enjoy working on computers\u2022 Basic technical understanding\u2022 You are resilient to stress, as deadlines must be met during the Media Designer apprenticeship, and you often work under time pressure.\u2022 You are creative, communicative, and customer-oriented\u2022 Initial experience with programmes for digital image and media processing\/creation (Adobe CC, Affinity, \u2026)\u2022 You are open to continuously learning new things\u2022 You enjoy working in a team\u2022 What else you should bring are good maths, German, and English skills<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What you will learn with us<\/strong><\/strong>:\u2022 From advertisements, flyers, and brochures, to designs for vehicle wraps and exhibition stands, as well as media and content creation for our website and social media channels \u2013 as a Digital and Print Media Designer with us, you will have very interesting and varied tasks.\u2022 The Digital Media specialisation<\/strong> focuses on the production of audiovisual media such as photos, videos, websites, and web applications. This specialisation deepens knowledge in the design and programming of digital media products. Databases and content management systems also play a significant role in media production. \u2022 You will also learn how to coordinate your work results with the respective clients \/ employees \/ managers.\u2022 You will learn to fly drones and obtain a drone pilot’s licence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

School\/Company split<\/strong>:\u2022 1st year: 2x school \u2013 3x company\u2022 2nd year: 1x school \u2013 4x company\u2022 3rd year: 1x school \u2013 4x company\u2022 Holiday entitlement: 27 days per year<\/p>\n\n\n\n
