As an office management assistant, you will perform organisational and administrative duties.Office management assistants handle tasks in the areas of administration, customer correspondence, and organisation.<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

What school-leaving qualification is expected?<\/strong><\/strong>A secondary school-leaving certificate (Mittlerer Schulabschluss) is recommended for the apprenticeship as an office management assistant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What skills should I bring with me?<\/strong><\/strong>\u2022 Organisational skills (e.g. planning business trips)\u2022 Flexibility (e.g. dealing with frequently changing tasks and work situations)\u2022 Commercial thinking (e.g. when obtaining orders)\u2022 Customer and service orientation (e.g. responding to customer concerns)\u2022 Diligence as well as oral and written communication skills (e.g. working at the customer reception, writing business letters)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Your tasks at Augustin Entsorgung<\/strong><\/strong>:\u2022 Processing, booking, and checking invoices\u2022 Creating order accompanying documents and comparing offers\u2022 Preparing, conducting, and following up on customer meetings as well as negotiations with suppliers\u2022 In dispatch: planning tours, billing tours, creating orders, answering the telephone<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Duration of apprenticeship<\/strong>:The duration of the apprenticeship as an office management assistant is 3 years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Apprentice pay<\/strong>:\u2022 1st year: \u20ac1,000\u2022 2nd year: \u20ac1,150\u2022 3rd year: \u20ac1,200<\/p>\n\n\n\n

School\/Company split<\/strong>:\u2022 1st year: 2 days at school \u2013 3 days at the company\u2022 2nd year: 1 day at school \u2013 4 days at the company\u2022 3rd year: 1 day at school \u2013 4 days at the company\u2022 Holiday entitlement: 27 days per year<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n
