Which school leaving certificate is expected?
For the HGV driver apprenticeship (m/f/d), at least a secondary school leaving certificate (Hauptschulabschluss) is recommended.

What skills should I bring?
• Interest in handling vehicles and technology
• Manual and technical dexterity
• Communication skills, teamwork, initiative
• Minimum age of 17 for obtaining the CE driving licence
• Prior work experience as an HGV driver would be an advantage

Your tasks at Augustin Entsorgung:
• Load securing and even load distribution
• Operating vehicle technology
• Collecting, transporting, and unloading recyclable materials and containers
• Friendly interaction with customers
• Performing pre-departure and arrival checks
• Vehicle maintenance

Apprenticeship duration:

Apprenticeship remuneration:
• 1st year: €1,150
• 2nd year: €1,250
• 3rd year: €1,350

School/Company split:
• The split between school and company is determined by the vocational school. (Block teaching)
• Holiday entitlement: 27 days per year
