What school qualifications are required?
For the apprenticeship as a Metal Technology Specialist – Construction Technology specialisation, a minimum of a Hauptschulabschluss (secondary school leaving certificate) is recommended.

What skills should I bring?
• Teamwork skills
• Meticulousness (e.g., when fitting components or creating welded joints)
• Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination (e.g., when assembling components and modules,
when forming and cutting sheets, pipes or profiles)
• Technical understanding (e.g., for setting up the press brake)
• Precise and diligent working methods (e.g., when repairing our containers)

• 1st year: €1,000
• 2nd year: €1,150

School/Company split:
• 1st year: 2 days school – 3 days company
• 2nd year: 1 day school – 4 days company
• Holiday entitlement: 27 days per year
