Accessible – Quality of Life, Comfort and Safety for Everyone

At our Meppen (TAS) site, we have colleagues who use wheelchairs. A stairlift and additional sanitary facilities make our site as accessible as possible, allowing all colleagues to move around freely and use the break room on the upper floor.

For us, working accessibly means that no one should be excluded. At Augustin Entsorgung, we create a working environment where everyone has the opportunity to contribute, belong, and succeed – completely free of barriers.

We place great importance on an inclusive environment. We also think accessibly in our communication: clear language, digital accessibility, and a respectful, open approach are part of our daily routine.
